Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Beat distractions with flexible study timers, app blocking, daily planning, Live Activities, and progress insights built for focused work.
Most productivity apps give you a timer and wish you luck. Focus Hero gives you a complete system for building a consistent study and deep work routine.
Start your day with a clear plan, shield distracting apps when a session begins, and build momentum session by session, day by day.
FOCUS YOUR WAY
Choose from five flexible focus methods:
• Pomodoro Timer — 25 minutes of focus followed by a 5-minute break
• 52/17 Method — longer deep work sessions with time to recover
• Quick Focus — a 35-minute study timer when time is limited
• Deep Focus — a 90-minute interval timer for full immersion
• Custom Timer — create a routine that fits your schedule
BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS
When a focus session starts, Focus Hero can shield the apps and categories you selected. This helps reduce screen distractions and keeps your attention on the task in front of you.
Live Activities and Dynamic Island keep your timer visible without requiring you to reopen the app.
