Yacht: Added depth sounder offset configuration field to yacht parameters. Manual depth events and DBT NMEA-sourced depth events now automatically apply the yacht's transducer offset when calculating actual water depth. Offset value stored per yacht for multi-vessel operations. NMEA Integration: Added DPT (Depth) NMEA sentence parsing with automatic offset parameter support. Depth events now capture water depth and transducer offset from waterline. Offset parameter configurable in NMEA settings. Events: Improved event catalog import process with support for phased migrations. Added Depth event type linked with DBT NMEA sentence for automatic water depth tracking.

Events: Add expense view for expense events. Track trip expenses with multi-currency support (predefined currencies plus custom option). Expense summary card displays expenses grouped by currency in trip form view. Last-used currency is remembered automatically. Fixed duplicated event types in the event catalog by normalizing duplicate tree links during startup and online catalog sync. Created online catalogue of event types. New event types can be fetched from online repository, allowing remote updates without app store releases. Event catalog includes type definitions, tree structure, and multilingual translations. User Interface: Date and time internally stored as UTC, ship time (timezone) can be set in Trip information. Added "Keep screen awake during trips" setting to prevent screen lock while recording Increased maximum background tracking distance from 200 meters to 10 Nautical Miles for more flexible tracking options NMEA Integration: All NMEA-triggered events (wind, speed, heading, RPM, etc.) are now stored with GPS position if available, enabling better spatial analysis and mapping of sensor readings. Converted location event emission to NMEA-time-driven intervals instead of device timer. Location events now respect GPS timestamp intervals (60 seconds default), enabling correct behavior during fast test data replay. Fixed busy-flag leak in all telemetry event types (Beaufort, RPM, wind direction, log state, COG, SOG, VAR) that could cause events to get stuck. Disabled relative wind (WIMWV) sentence processing. Application now uses only true wind data (WIMWD) to prevent conflicting wind angle and speed values. Code preserved for future re-enablement. Fixed NMEA event throttling logic to correctly respect threshold conditions: events are now captured when either the value changes beyond threshold OR sufficient time has elapsed since the last event

NMEA Integration: Fixed GPS events and other NMEA-generated events to use the actual timestamp from the NMEA sentence (dateLogged) instead of the phone's current time. Phone time is now stored as dateAdded to indicate when the event was stored. Non-timestamped events (COG, wind, sounding) now use the last known NMEA timestamp for accuracy. User Interface: Fixed all screens not respecting safe area insets on Android tablets when system navigation bar appears on the side - app now properly adapts to available screen space Added dropdown indicator (chevron) to underway section header to clearly show the section is expandable Added confirmation dialog when deleting trips via swipe gesture - prevents accidental data loss Added Privacy Policy link to About view - users can now read our GDPR-compliant privacy policy directly from the app Events: Fixed event share preview displaying raw template strings (e.g., SOG ${value} kt) instead of formatted values Fixed CSV export showing no events when NMEA tracking created events on a different trip in the background Fixed translation errors when exporting trip events to CSV format

Removed Google Drive backup/sync - simplified to file-based sharing. Use Share Trip to export encrypted .msts files or share sailor profiles as .mysailors files Export trip events to CSV file with event time, type, summary, and location coordinates
