Members can create care requests, consult licensed medical care providers, and maintain communication with their care team. Licensed doctors on MCCN may provide medical guidance and prescriptions where appropriate. Counselors provide emotional, mental, and spiritual support but do not issue medical prescriptions.
The app includes secure chat, audio and video calling, and file sharing for easy interaction with care providers. Users can also track their personal health history, set health goals, and record follow-ups to stay engaged with their care journey.
