Geologic map loading performance improvements

Going global! The app is now translated into French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Italian. Geology descriptions will be generated and played in your device language if it is supported. New Points of Interest feature with information on Pleistocene and Holocene volcanoes as well as historic large earthquakes.  Data is sourced from the Smithsonian Global Volcanism Program and the Volcanic Global Risk Identification and Analysis Project for the volcanoes and USGS for the earthquakes. New base maps and geology layer transparency settings allow you to use satellite or contour map base layers and adjust how prominently the geology layer shows on top.
