Skip the garage. Book a neighbor's driveway by the hour, see the exact address before you arrive, and park steps from where you're actually going.
ParkNest connects drivers with homeowners renting out their driveways, so you can park minutes from the stadium, the restaurant, or the beach for a fraction of lot prices. Hosts turn an empty driveway into income on event nights.
FOR DRIVERS
• Search any destination — a stadium, a park, a restaurant, an address — and see real driveways nearby with the walking time to where you're going.
• Popular destinations for your city, from Chase Center and Dolores Park to SoFi Stadium and Wrigley Field.
• Set when you're arriving and for how long. Driveways that aren't free for that window are greyed out with the next time they open, so you only book what's actually available.
• Filter by distance, price, rating, how many cars fit, your vehicle type (motorcycle to pickup), security cameras, and EV charging.
• Real photos, host house rules, cancellation policy, and reviews on every listing.
• Exact addresses stay private until you book. Then you get the address, directions, and a chat with the host.
• Pay securely in the app, with Apple Pay.
• Reminders 15 minutes before your time is up, and a heads-up on when to head back to your car based on how far away you are. Need longer? Add time in one tap.
FOR HOSTS
• List your driveway in about five minutes: photos, what vehicles fit, your hours, your price, and house rules.
• Quick verification with a utility bill or similar document plus a photo ID keeps the community safe.
• Set daily availability. Guests can only book inside your hours, and bookings never overlap.
• Message guests, see upcoming bookings, and get paid through Stripe.

Such a great idea! This app makes finding parking so much easier, especially in busy areas where you’re tired of driving around looking for a spot. The interface is clean, easy to use, and the whole process is quick and straightforward. I also love that it gives homeowners a way to earn extra money from unused driveway space—it’s a win-win for everyone. Excited to see this app continue to grow. Highly recommend!

I had an event in downtown, and there was no parking. My algorithm showed this new app, ParkNest, which lets you park in the neighborhoods driveways. Wow, I was so relieved once I downloaded it. Easy access, set up, and a major convenience! I only paid $20 an hour for parking, when the lots were listed for 70!! Isn’t that crazy? Anyways, I will most definitely use this app everytime I need to attend an event. Thank you ParkNest!!

Great experience with Parknest! The platform makes finding parking much easier and takes away a lot of the stress that usually comes with searching for a spot. The process was smooth, convenient, and saved me time. I like the idea behind the service and how it helps make parking more accessible and organized. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to grow!

I had the chance toMeet the founder at an Event . I believe her name is Chanel. She walked me through the app . It was very easy to navigate through . She was open to my suggestions. I appreciated the conversation.
Set a daily cap so a long stay never costs more than your day rate.
Name a listing for a game or concert, and it switches back to its everyday name on its own afterwards.
Hosts happy to run guests to the venue can now say so on their listing.
Also in this update:
• Payout setup now works properly, with a clear message if something goes wrong
• Tapping a reminder opens the booking it's about
• Better guidance and examples when adding driveway photos
• The map opens where you are, without the wait
• Fixes for several crashes, scrolling glitches and layout problems
