I usually don’t fall into the FB ads for these types of sites, but this ad stood out to me because it was describing my 15-year-old son to a T. Granted these apps usually are only aiming for smaller children, (which I still to this day don’t understand when things like this don’t go away at 6yrs old.) For instance, my son is 15 autistic with epilepsy and he struggles with these meltdowns on a daily basis and it’s been getting harder to maintain the bigger he gets. However, this app stood out to me so I thought why not. I tried everything at this point I have nothing to lose. $20 is nothing if this actually works, and right off the bat he tried the first breathing exercise n it was successful!! Now I understand people say you don’t write a review with just one exercise, but I have to disagree because my son usually doesn’t engage in such activities with enthusiasm or wanting to continue after, but this game he did and it was exciting to see how excited he got just doing it with me. He wanted to continue to play which is huge, so that’s why I’m feeling optimistic. If this app already gave something that seem to turn his frustration around entirely, then it’s worth a great review. I just hope this momentum continues as we go further along.

Each day’s practice is typically between 3-10 minutes, so it’s quick and easy to complete. They show all the movements and speak what you’re doing at the start of each new movement. Sometimes they have bells to signal when to change your breathing from breath in to breath out for breathing exercises. For certain movements where you’re alternating sides, they’ll say verbally when to change sides. I definitely feel a difference in my body over the past 3 weeks, and my stress is very low now.The only thing I would like to be different is for every movement to have verbal cues of when to switch or bells to signal the length of the movement each way, so I can close my eyes during each movement and not look at my phone. Otherwise, everything is so helpful and well explained and shown.

I have only just started this. I’m also taking a lymphatic drainage tincture in combination with these little daily drop in sessions. Sessions are easy to follow and a touch challenging while doing them which like, feels like something is being activated which is the whole point. I’m perimenopausal and have been in HRT for a year and a half now and am going to get off the HRT and am using alternative and more natural ways to make my transformation. I’m hoping this helps with my severe hip pain I’ve been experiencing with peri-m and to help reduce my weight (I gained being on HRT), reduce inflammation, and improve mood

BEWARE!This company uses predatory trial and subscription practices.I signed up for Leaply's free trial but never used the product and did not intend to continue the subscription. The trial renewed automatically and my credit card was charged without notification. I contacted customer support immediately to request a refund.What followed was weeks of email pingpong and a PayPal dispute.Initially, I was told Leaply couldn't issue a refund because the PayPal dispute was still open and that I should contact them again once it had concluded. After I did exactly that, I was told they could no longer issue a refund because the PayPal dispute had already concluded.From my perspective, the explanation changed depending on the stage of the process, leaving me with the impression that there was never any intention of refunding an unused subscription.I was also disappointed that my initial cancellation request was met with discounted subscription offers and complimentary products instead of simply addressing the refund request.Whether these practices are permitted under the Terms of Service is beside the point. Customers should be able to trust that they are dealing with a company that acts transparently and consistently. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
