Users can now record activities offline in areas with low coverage or no internet connection. Once the connection is restored, the app automatically uploads and syncs the saved changes. We also added support for multiple languages commonly used across the developmental services workforce, making the app easier and more comfortable to use for diverse support teams. This version also includes improved protection for sensitive information with two-factor authentication and time-limited access, broadcast chat messages for team leaders and administrators, dark mode, and performance, stability, and usability improvements.
