I can see what they’ve *tried* to do with the update, but the app is virtually useless. Every log-in you have to pair the device to the app… and then re-pair… then reset Bluetooth… then try to pair again… Once you finally get it set up, you’ll have to repeat the process all over once you sign in again.My recommendation? Just use the product manually until the devs get it together. At this point, trying to use the app for its purpose is counterproductive and frustrating. Not everything needs an app honestly…

Just recently purchased the diffuser mini 2 LEIt works well, and I don’t hate the app, although I think it is a little too in your face with advertisement on the front screen. A suggestion I have for this product is changing the interval of time between sprays. Currently, it is nice being able to change the strength of the spray, but even on the lowest setting, spraying every minute can quickly become overwhelming. The scheduling feature does not allow this either. This would be a good quality of life addition so I do not have to go out of my way to turn the device on and off.

This is by far the most frustrating app I have ever downloaded. You’d think that for a very low key gadget which is a scent diffuser, this app’s developer would have ensured the bugs would have been eliminated from it so that customers would experience a pleasant time while trying to sign up, then signing in and so forth. The app is very buggy and does crash continuously not allowing the simple Bluetooth diffuser to connect with either the phone nor the wi fi network. This is sooooo frustrating. DEVELOPER, please , please fix this thing. I am a first time user and I already hate it. Without the app this difusser is very limited almost useless. The previous version of my old difusser at least has a very comprehensive remote control which allows for timers , schedules and everything else. I am thinking of returning this item because of the app which is useless. No wonder why myself as well as everyone else have rated this as 1 star.

Initially I had it plugged in, connected to Wifi and on a schedule. Then it turned On and stayed on when it felt like it making the house too strong. Then the app updated and it worked great for two weeks. It kicked me out of the app and it on a weird schedule I didn't set up. I have to manually turn it off several Times a day. It no longer will connect to wifi. I want to love this so badly. Scents are amazing. When on the right schedule, it works great in my 2500 sq foot house (pro 2) but the app is so bad- I'm going to a competitor.
