ABQ RIDE GO! lets you book rides quickly and easily for the following services: ABQ RIDE CONNECT This flexible, ride-share service open to the general public allows riders to request and book rides at NO cost, in our service zones. This FREE service uses our electric van fleet to connect passengers at key transfer route locations, like Transit Centers, shopping centers, and more! ABQ RIDE CONNECT is available in select areas around Albuquerque: visit cabq.gov/transit for the latest information on service area and hours of operation. Sun Van Sun Van is a ride-share, curb-to-curb paratransit service operated by ABQ RIDE. This public transportation conducted in ADA accessible vans provides accessible rides to people residing in or visiting the metro area whose disability prevents them from riding Fixed Route City buses. There is NO cost to Sun Van riders. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), paratransit functions as a “safety net” for people whose disabilities prevent them from using the fixed route bus system. It is not intended to meet all of the transportation needs of persons with disabilities, all of the time. All Sun Van riders must be ADA-certified through an interview process by phone or at the Alvarado Transportation Center downtown, depending on the nature of the disability. Before this update things were fine when tracking my ride. Now, the map portion is in between my pick up time and the other important information I need. I liked things better before this update, can you please put the map where it was before so that it is not in the way of the relevant information that I need?

This app was a little tricky to set up in the beginning, but in the end, it works and I don’t have to worry about missing my ride because they can and give a heads up far in advance to confirm your rides are correct you can’t track your ride when you’re stop is next. They also text when they arrive. You can also rate your driver on the app once you’ve gotten dropped off. So so convenient and makes scheduling my rides much easier for me!

This has been a life-changing now. The bus is never really late as more than an hour now the most I waited was maybe like 13 minutes at the most. Thank you for the person that made this app possible. Keep up the good work and improving the better if it runs into bugs. You guys are awesome if it was more than one person.
