This app does what it says. It rings a bell at certain times, or randomly throughout the day. It’s a calming, gentle reminder to be aware. It has simple prompts to make reflections in the moment or little observations. It’s a great tool and so far it’s 100% free. There’s only one sound for the bell, which at first was a bit sad, but honestly the simplicity is what we’re after. It doesn’t need more. If you want to check in throughout the day, use this app. Turn on notifications, and be present. Thank you for this app!
