FOR JOBSEEKERS CareerPoint includes a complete suite of tools to support active job searching, skills development, and communication with workforce professionals. Schedule and Event Management Browse upcoming workshops, trainings, and hiring events. Track your upcoming commitments directly within the app. Job and Employer Search Browse profiles of local employers to better understand the opportunities and industries represented in your community. Direct Contact and Intake Submit questions or request information through the in-app contact form. Workforce staff can follow up based on the details you provide. Career Tools Integration Quickly access crucial employment tools, including Career Edge and CalJOBS, through a centralized resources hub designed for easy navigation. Workforce Board Information Learn about the services, programs, and supports offered by the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay, including training assistance and jobseeker programs. Mobile PDF Scanner (Native App Feature) Capture documents with your device’s camera and convert them into PDF files directly within the app. This functionality is built specifically for mobile users and supports document uploads to our platform: Career Edge. Skills Tracker Record and manage your developing skills from training, workshops, and work experience. The skills tracker helps users stay organized and document progress throughout their job search journey. FOR EMPLOYERS CareerPoint provides businesses with regional data, tools, and direct access to workforce support services. Jobseeker Search Browse available talent through the jobseeker search tool and explore profiles to identify potential local candidates. Contact Workforce Staff Submit questions or service requests to workforce professionals through the employer contact form, including inquiries related to hiring assistance, training funds, and recruitment support.
