Get one outdoor challenge every day, unlock apps by moving, and use Sleep Lock Mode to protect your nights.
One outdoor challenge a day. Apps locked at night. That’s Gress.
Gress helps you interrupt the doomscrolling loop with small, real-world missions. Get a surprise outdoor challenge every 24 hours, move toward your goal, and earn rewards for completing it.
Then wind down with Sleep Lock Mode, which helps keep distracting apps out of reach during your sleep window.
HOW GRESS WORKS
1. Receive one outdoor challenge.
2. Use the live map and distance tracker to move toward your goal.
3. Complete the mission and claim your points.
4. Keep your streak going with another challenge tomorrow.
5. Set a sleep window to limit distracting apps at night.
WHY GRESS?
→ One fresh outdoor mission every day
→ Challenges that scale from easy walks to harder adventures
→ Live distance tracking and map-based goals
→ Points, streaks, and levels to make movement more engaging
→ App unlocking tied to completing your mission
→ Sleep Lock Mode for your nighttime routine
→ No ads and no endless feed inside Gress
Whether you explore a nearby street, café, park, or hidden viewpoint, Gress turns getting outside into a simple daily challenge.
Stop the scroll. Go outside. Touch grass.
