A sourdough bake runs for hours, often overnight, and the steps come due while you are busy with something else. MySourdough reminds you when each step is due and shows where the bake stands, so you can get on with your day between steps.
You can start a bake as soon as you open the app. No account is needed. Recipes, step reminders, bake history, and the fermentation and starter tools are free. Lines marked (Premium) need the optional MySourdough Premium subscription.

MYSOURDOUGH PREMIUM
MySourdough Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It adds AI schedule planning, AI bake review, cloud sync, and use on more than one device. AI planning and AI review are limited to a set number of bakes per billing period; the app shows how many you have used. The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. What to bake next
After an AI review (Premium), the app now recommends what to bake next: a step up when the loaf went well, or a similar recipe to practice on. The picks also appear in Quick Start on Home.
