STOP: Digital Detox
AI pause before distractions
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New: AI Pause helps you stop before opening distracting apps—with a short guided reflection, smarter choices, and 21-day AI insights.
Pause before you scroll — now with AI Pause.
STOP helps you interrupt automatic phone habits before opening distracting apps, so you can make a more intentional next step.
AI Pause is a short, structured AI-guided reflection.
Instead of jumping straight into a distracting app, STOP helps you slow down, understand what may be driving the urge, and choose a clearer next step.
It is not a generic chatbot.
AI Pause is designed for one specific moment: right before you open a distracting app.
Why STOP
• AI Pause before distracting apps
When you are about to open a distracting app, AI helps you pause, observe, and decide before slipping into autopilot.
• Smarter next-step choices
Choose a bounded unlock, not opening the app, or a better-fit alternative action based on your current state.
• Classic breathing is still available
Prefer a lighter reset? The original breathing-based pause is still here whenever you want it.
• 21-Day AI Insights
AI analyzes your last 21 days of urges and choices, identifies repeated patterns, highlights what actually works for you, and suggests better next steps.
