New: get every invoice received via Peppol by email, with its PDF attached. Turn it on in the Peppol settings.

Stability and reliability improvements.

More reliable Peppol tracking and contacts. • Your Peppol documents now move to "Sent" then "Delivered", with the date and time in your local time. • Credit notes sent via Peppol are accepted by every recipient. • Contacts created in the browser now also appear on your phone. • A contact linked to invoices or quotes can no longer be deleted: your documents stay intact.

Clearer supplier credit notes. • A received credit note no longer looks like an invoice to pay: negative amount, "Credit Note" label, "Processed" status instead of "Paid", never flagged as overdue. • The detail screen shows the original invoice it refers to. • The guide and Peppol packs now show the current pack size and Pro quota. • Peppol across the whole EU: your customers' Peppol ID is now correct for every country, and you can enter it manually. • Before activating Peppol, you confirm that you are authorised to represent your company.

French e-invoicing and the new Reception plan. • E-invoices issued by a French business now follow the format required by the French network (legal notes, invoicing framework, SIREN). They are no longer rejected. • New Reception plan at €4.99/month: up to 20 received e-invoices per month, without sending. Made for the 2026 reception obligation. • Free plan: receiving e-invoices is offered until 31/12/2026, up to 10 received invoices per month. • Pro plan: 30 e-invoicing documents per month, received and sent combined; packs of 30 extra documents. • Limits and prices now show the same values everywhere.

Electronic invoicing: two important fixes. • You can now send an electronic invoice even without a VAT number. Self-employed users exempt from VAT were blocked at the sending step until now. • Line items on an invoice created offline are no longer lost when it syncs. Check invoices written offline before you send them.

Structured payment reference fixed. • The Belgian payment reference (OGM) generated from the invoice number used a wrong check digit, so banks rejected it on entry. • The calculation now follows the standard (modulo 97). New references are valid. • Invoices already issued keep their reference: check it before chasing a customer.

Creating an invoice is finally straightforward. • Every contact can be invoiced: no need to convert a contact into a "client" before sending them an invoice or a quote. • No contacts yet? A button now lets you create one without leaving the invoice screen. • Your clients still appear at the top of the list.
