Spotify wrapped like reports for your work and projects.
The best advice I ever got for entrepreneurship was to start tracking the hours that I spent on a project or work, and then keep a journal of what I did. I built this to simplify and replace my spreadsheet tracker.
Captain's Project Log is your no-bs daily tracker for work, side projects, and everything you're building. Log what you did with quick text or voice memos, bump progress % per project, and watch it all stack up.
Coming soon: Export summaries to email your boss (or clients) what you crushed – perfect for billables and check-ins.
Highlights:
• Daily Logs: Text entries + voice memos for on-the-go brain dumps.
• Project Tracking: Add projects, increment progress, see % complete bars.
• Wrapped-Style Recaps: Weekly, monthly, yearly summaries – like Spotify but for your wins (tasks done, time logged, top projects).
• Fully Private: Everything local on-device – no accounts, no cloud, no tracking. (unless you choose to save to the cloud as a backup)
Built for devs, freelancers, creators – anyone who wants to look back and see a full summary of work over a time period.
Level up your progress today. Screenshot for Twitter.
