We are fixing bugs quicker than you can say boo to a goose. In this round a small update to Camera photos sometimes not saving due to location based issues, connection to third party accessories and other small inconsistencies. Added support to increase font size through out the app. Most is complete but there might be some areas which do not support this as they need redesigning to support larger font sizes this can be changed in settings Changed how payments are processed this fixes a bug where fees were incorrectly being calculated and not charged to the company. We also added to the job List cards the ability to initiate a phone call to the client/site contact direct from the job list using your choice of phone app (whatsapp or phone) Cleaned up some bugs with how navigation is sent over to the navigation app and before sending you over to the app you now have the choice on if you notify the site contact or not Comprehensive updates to the Clock function's and state management. Bob can currently do the following tasks: Create new client, Create new Job, add tasks to jobs and clients, create/update/delete job bookings (including checking travel time), check outstanding invoices, chase bad debt, Will read inbound emails draft replys for your approval for sending, same with SMS, he can create materials if the costing and materials module is enabled, trade based questions to support you and your business, he can also have tasks, get him to send the weekly reminder on a friday for the team to get their time sheets in, get him to send you a morning brief. Bob knows about you and your business the more you use him the more he helps. New costing and materials (beta), Send a invoice to your companies expense email address and we will extract the data and find the job it belongs too (subject to PO numbers/references matching) or list for manual allocation for real P&L on each job.
