This app makes everything better! I run a live theatre, and I wish our software to cue music and moments was this seamless. Not only did it make the ceremony and reception flawless, but it was absolutely a godsend for the rehearsal. It was the first time - in the hundreds of weddings I’ve been part of - where everything could be practiced in REAL TIME. With limited time in the venue, it was also a HUGE time saver. Everything is done completely in advance and quality checked (so no worry about DJ AD-libs). All transitions were perfect. No dumb mistakes. All this and it saved big $$$ - which as the father of the bride I really appreciated.

As a budget bride, one of the things I was most nervous about was not hiring a DJ, but this has made me feel so much better about that decision!I love that the music can blend together and fade out instead of having awkward stops, I get to choose every song and I really love that you can add an announcement through the app and not have to mic anyone. We have a family member who is happy to hit “cue the moment”s for us throughout our wedding. I have been setting up my wedding playlist for while and test running it. And it’s VERY user friendly, which I really appreciate because I don’t want to mess around with technology on top of planning a wedding. It has made the whole music/timeline part of wedding planning feel way less stressful. I’m so excited to use it for our wedding!

I downloaded this and was so excited to use it on our wedding day. Was happy that this would make it easier on our buddy who was our DJ and emcee, however I was not able to troubleshoot the app at all or look at how it worked before paying the fee. That was frustrating but also makes sense. What I just couldn’t get behind was how the music flowed, the idea behind it is excellent, but every single time there was long awkward pauses between songs playing. This is exactly what I don’t want happening on the dance floor. There was no way to adjust this and because of that I was not able to use the app for my event, even after I paid for it!

Creating smooth, seamless transitions is one of our biggest priorities, so I completely understand your frustration.Please email us at support@cuethemoment.app so we can make this right for you.Some songs have trailing silence at the end, which can cause longer pauses between songs. This can usually be fixed by trimming the end of the song before playback. Cue the Moment is designed to crossfade songs, so once that silence is trimmed, transitions should be much smoother.Thank you again for the honest feedback! I used this app for my wedding on October 3rd and it made the music and playlists completely PERFECT! I had so many people complimenting our playlists and how seamless everything sounded and flowed, without having to use a DJ! This app truly made our day so special and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a music solution for your wedding day/ event!!! Plus the customer service is truly exceptional!!!
