Free Trial. No account required. No ads. (Paid features) Rise keeps your chosen apps locked until you physically get out of bed. Walk your step goal, or snap a photo of something across the room — your toothbrush, the kettle, the front door. Only then do your apps unlock. WHY IT WORKS The first 30 minutes after waking is when your self-control is weakest and your habits are strongest. That's why "just don't check your phone" never works. Rise doesn't ask for willpower. It removes the option until you've already stood up. HOW IT WORKS Choose which apps to lock — social, news, email, whatever pulls you under. Set your wake-up window. Different schedules for weekdays and weekends. Pick your unlock: steps, or a photo of a real object. WHAT YOU GET Lock any app on your phone during your morning window Two unlock methods — movement or a real-world photo Custom wake windows for any day of the week Wake-up stats showing whether you're getting up earlier or later No account. Photos are checked, then deleted — never stored Your morning starts when you get up. Rise keeps distracting apps locked until you do. Would be great if the setup for the app worked well. The screen time permission button loads forever but doesnt show the popup to actually allow the app to use screen time

We hunted down a few sneaky bugs that were getting between you and a smooth start to the day. Nothing flashy this time, just a steadier Rise. Now go stand up. Your apps are waiting.
