A clearer start for every construction journey. • Improved first-visit guidance for planning a home, renovating or managing an existing project. • Easier access to project briefs, saved professionals, approvals and payments. • Refined professional and seller workflows for sourcing requests, quantities, deadlines and quotes. • Better recovery when a connection drops, with clearer guidance on what to do next. Material enquiries are handled through AECORD’s enquiry process; they are not direct seller messages or purchase orders.

AECORD now turns plans, site photos and voice notes into real consultation briefs. Paid booking messages are sent only after payment succeeds, project portfolios open correctly and can be saved, and professional sourcing requests now support date selection, reference images, editing and recoverable deletion. We also repaired professional profile details, qualifications, experience and awards; clarified upcoming versus past consultations; improved notification links; and rebuilt the opening walkthrough with a clearer animated construction journey.

Planning and managing construction projects is now smoother. This update improves enquiries and file attachments, location selection, consultation booking, project and product pages, professional portfolios, keyboard scrolling, loading states, and overall reliability. We’ve also added clearer transitions and motion while respecting reduced-motion settings.

AECORD is now smoother, clearer, and more trustworthy. Ratings show verified data with a New badge for unrated professionals. New personalized onboarding supports project owners, professionals, and sellers. Registration, booking prices, account screens, and public profiles are more reliable, with general usability and stability improvements.
