ScrumChat 2.0.10: Recurring events now track RSVP and check-in separately for each date. Opening your next event from Home uses the right day for repeating events. Thanks for using ScrumChat! **Version 2.0.9** rolls up the latest fixes plus a set of improvements we’ve been shipping in the 2.0 series. ### What’s new in 2.0.9 - **Recurring events** – Each date in a repeating event (like practice every week) has its **own RSVP** and **own check-in**. Checking in for one session doesn’t mark every other session as checked in. - **Home** – When you open your **next** event from Home—whether you tap the card, use the RSVP reminder, or change RSVP from the upcoming event—**recurring** events now open on the **correct day** so what you see matches that occurrence. - **Check-in feedback** – After you check in, your status updates more reliably on the event screen. --- ### Other improvements you’ll find in this release *(These are part of the broader 2.0 updates included in 2.0.9.)* - **Team chat** – A richer team messaging experience: easier to follow conversations, share media, and use reactions. - **Roster** – Update your **role** and **availability** from the roster so coaches and teammates see the right info. - **Navigation** – Smoother bottom navigation and a better experience when using the floating action menu (fewer accidental taps while scrolling). - **Location** – When the app needs your location (for event venues, check-in, or optional automatic check-in near a venue), the permission flow is clearer and easier to understand. - **Reliability** – Under-the-hood updates for performance, compatibility with the latest iOS/Android tooling, and more stable builds. --- We're glad you're here. Thanks for using ScrumChat! This update includes all changes from versions 2.0, 2.0.1, and 2.0.3. ### New in this release - **Game countdown** – See a scoreboard-style countdown to the next game on Home and your dashboard. Share it with the team to build excitement for match day. - **News feed** – Stay updated with a dedicated News feed (Team Wall) for team posts, events, and updates in one place. - **Team map** – See teammates who share their location on the team map. Control who can see your location in Settings (Nobody, My team(s), or My team(s) and connections). Optionally get automatic check-in when you arrive at an event venue. ### New & improved (2.0) - **Roster** – Edit your role and availability right from the roster screen. Keep your profile up to date so your team and coaches see the right information without leaving the app. - **Team chat** – A better chat experience with a more complete, WhatsApp-like flow: messages, media, and navigation all improved so team conversations are easier to follow and use. - **Navigation** – The bottom menu works more reliably across different devices and environments. Scroll position stays where you expect it, tap detection is improved, and you're less likely to hit the wrong item when scrolling. ### Fixes & stability (2.0) - Fewer accidental taps on the bottom menu; scroll and tap behavior tuned for daily use. - Under-the-hood fixes for animation and navigation preferences so the app feels more stable. - iOS build and dependency updates for better compatibility and performance. - General stability and performance improvements across the app. ### Additional updates (2.0.1 and 2.0.3) - Further stability and compatibility improvements in 2.0.1 and 2.0.3. --- We're glad you're here.
