NEW IN THIS RELEASE • Drag to Reschedule: Long-press any scheduled visit on the calendar and drag it to a new date to submit a reschedule request. View, update, or withdraw your pending requests from the new tray button in the Schedule header. • Urgent Visits: When a manager assigns you an urgent visit, you'll get a push notification, a red badge on the Schedule tab, and a banner you can tap to review and acknowledge. • Emergency Region Access: When an administrator activates emergency access for a region, you can check into any store in that region during the active window. The dashboard map updates to reflect those stores too. • Multi-Region Coverage: Team members who cover more than one region now see all of their stores, schedules, and dashboards in one place. • Dashboard Time Travel: Tap the month and year above your dashboard to view any past month. Visit counts, miles, compliance percentage, and the map all rescope to the period you pick. • Monthly Visit Compliance: A new "Monthly Visit" option in the visit type picker counts toward your monthly compliance alongside other inspection types. • Smart Check-In Recovery: If a previous check-out didn't go through, you'll get a one-tap option to end that visit and check in at your current store. • Service Messages: Organization-wide announcements and configuration updates can now reach you without waiting for an App Store release. POLISH & FIXES • Auto-checkout countdown keeps ticking across tab switches, and the visit timer on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island clears immediately when auto-checkout completes. • Face ID setup now requires choosing a lock-after duration (including "Immediately"), and a Face ID / lock-screen loop has been resolved. • Expired sessions refresh quietly in the background, so you stop getting bounced to the sign-in screen mid-task. • In-store networks that are connected but have no internet are now detected, and the app falls back to cellular automatically. • The store picker requests a fresh GPS fix before sorting by proximity. • Several store-visibility and schedule fixes for team members covering multiple regions.
