Export your CE records to a PDF. On the Certifications tab, press and hold a license and tap Export PDF. One file holds a summary page, every course, and your certificates. Use it for an audit, your employer, or your own records. Setup now fills in your board's real renewal deadline in supported states, so your reminders match the date your board sets. Fixed: closing the app during setup could create a second copy of your license. Licenses now show their state, for example "Registered Nurse · Florida".

Registered Nurses: pre-filled requirements now cover 20 states, up from 10. New this release: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Virginia, Missouri, Arizona, Tennessee, Minnesota, Washington, Indiana and Wisconsin. New installs now get our latest credentials and state requirements during setup.

Adding a credential we don't list yet is easier. "My credential isn't listed" now stays in view when you add a certification, so any license is one tap away. Plus setup improvements and small fixes.

Dental hygienists are now covered. Pick your state during setup and OnTrack CE fills in your board's cycle length, required hours, and any mandated courses. Twelve states so far, and you can adjust anything. Format on every credit — Log whether a course was live in-person, live online, or self-paced. It's optional, and entries you logged before this update stay exactly as they are. Self-study limits — Most boards cap how much CE can be self-paced. If your state has a limit, your dashboard shows how much of your total is self-study and lets you know if you've gone past it. Nothing is hidden or subtracted; you decide what to do with the information. Set the limit yourself — Edit Certification has a new Self-Study Limit field. Correct it if your board says otherwise, or leave it blank for no limit. Physical therapists in Florida and New Jersey get their self-study limits too.

Setup had to guess at a few things, and the guesses used to be permanent. Now they aren't. Renewal dates — Change your cycle start and renewal date any time from Edit Certification. If setup guessed your cycle began the day you installed, you can correct it. Requirement categories — Rename a category, change its required hours, or add one your board just introduced. Removing a category now asks where its logged hours should go, so they stay in your breakdown instead of vanishing from it. Credentials that aren't listed — "My credential isn't listed" now takes you straight to naming your credential, instead of routing you through a search first. Category cards — Tap any category on your dashboard to see exactly what you logged against it. The pencil edits the requirement itself. Feedback you send from Settings now reaches us directly, and there's a new Rate OnTrack CE row if the app has been useful to you.

Edit your categories any time Rename a category, change the hours it requires, or add one your board expects — after setup, not just during it. Tap the pencil on any category on your dashboard. Remove a category without losing hours If you remove a category that has credits logged against it, OnTrack CE now asks where those hours should go and moves them for you. Nothing disappears from your total. See the credits behind a category Tap any category on your dashboard to see exactly what you logged against it. A faster start if your credential isn't listed "My credential isn't listed" now lets you type your credential right on the first screen, instead of sending you into a search sheet to get there. Also fixed: long category names are no longer cut off, and a filtered log no longer tells you that you have no credits.

ou can now change your renewal dates after setup. The dates you set during onboarding were locked in permanently — and since the app pre-fills them with today's date, anyone whose cycle started earlier was stuck with a renewal date that was simply wrong. Certifications → ⋯ → Edit Certification now has a Renewal Cycle section with both dates. Renewal date comes first, since that's the one on your wallet card. Deadline reminders re-arm automatically when you change it.

Quarter credits are here. Tap the credits number on any entry and type the exact amount your board awarded, including .25 and .75. The plus and minus buttons still move in half credits, so quick entries stay quick. Lifetime access is easier to find. If you are on a subscription or trial, you can now see and buy the one-time Lifetime option from Settings instead of having to let your plan lapse first. Also fixed: quarter amounts now display correctly in credit totals throughout the app, and the setup screen accepts decimal credit requirements. Both of these came from users who wrote in. Please keep it coming.

What's new • Find your credential fast. Search by name, abbreviation or the term you actually use, with the most common credentials first. • Requirements stay current. Corrections and newly added credentials now reach you directly, instead of waiting on an app update. • Requirements that aren't measured in hours. Some boards require you to complete a course without assigning it a credit value. These are now tracked as items you tick off — they no longer distort your credit total, but your cycle isn't finished until they're done. • Conditional requirements are labelled. Rules that apply only in your first renewal, only every third cycle, or only to certain practice areas now say so, instead of appearing to apply to everyone. You can mark one as not applying to you. Fixed • Adding a second certification could get stuck on the requirements screen and never finish. • The number keypad could cover the Continue button with no way to dismiss it. • Nurses in states with no general CE hour requirement saw progress frozen at 0%. • The credential list could show your options in a confusing order. OnTrack CE pre-fills requirements from publicly available information and does not guarantee accuracy or compliance. Always verify with your licensing board.

This release is a complete rebuild of OnTrack CE, rewritten from the ground up to be faster, smoother, and more reliable. Your existing certifications, logged credits, reminders, and attachments carry over automatically the first time you open the update — nothing to re-enter.
