**WHAT IS AMRAP?**
Amrap is a voice-led gym coach that trains you in real time. You speak and it listens, logs and talks back at you, right in your ear. You plan your workouts by talking, and you can even track them without touching your phone (hands-free).
Want a program with more machine exercises? Not sure which weight to use? An exercise doesn’t feel right? Just say it. Amrap responds instantly and adapts your workout on the spot, so you’re never stuck guessing in the weight room.
**WHO IS IT FOR?**
If you care about making progress as efficiently as possible, Amrap is for you. And if you already train, follow a plan, but have nobody to ask when something doesn't work, you’re also in the right place. We handle the work as a coach would so you can focus on training.
**WHAT CAN AMRAP DO FOR YOU?**
- Let you focus on training, not the app. Need something? Just say it. No time wasted figuring out how the app works.
- Coach you while you train. Amrap runs the session, guiding every set and adjusting weights and reps in real time.
- Build a program specifically for you. Amrap programs are built through conversation, so they capture real context and nuance.
