Whats New: Know where every tool is. New Inventory tracks your equipment and who has it. Build your own reports and pin the numbers that matter to your dashboard. New • Map-based job sites. On the job form, pan the map to a location and Toolberry either picks the existing site within 50 m or stages a new one from the address, created only when you save. The address picker also pans, with latitude and longitude kept in sync. • A calendar you can work in. Switch between week and month on any screen size, and search, filter, count and export straight from the calendar card. Schedules now have their own view page. • Activity on every record. Each record shows a dedicated Activity card listing who changed what, with a before and after diff of the fields that actually moved. • Invoices and jobs are linked. An invoice lists the jobs it bills, and those jobs pick up the revenue in their profit figures once the invoice is sent. • Zoom on PDFs. Pinch to zoom in every print and Mark as Sent preview, with zoom controls on screens without touch. Improvements and fixes • Faster startup and a faster first sync, with real progress instead of a blank wait. • Undo on a delete now restores the linked records that went with it. • Expenses can be recorded without attaching a job. • Table notes stay readable while you edit them, the mobile create sheet scrolls to its last option, and the long-press menu stays open. • Permission fixes: assigned-only roles are honored on admin-based roles, fields you cannot edit render read-only everywhere including inline edits, the activity feed respects row access, and the workspace picker shows your role's real name. • Changing a person's email now moves their sign-in with it. • Recovers on its own from a blank screen after an app update, and reports a failed local read instead of spinning forever. • Replacing your data no longer signs you out, and photos attached from a form stay attached. • Broader and more consistent Spanish, including corrected question marks and plural forms.

Bug fixes and improvements.

Stage settings, reworked Editing a job or invoice stage now opens a dialog that comes pre-filled with the stage's current name and color, so you tweak what's there instead of starting from a blank form. Only the values you actually change are saved. Fixes • Saving a stage no longer risks overwriting your customizations when the dialog opens before your settings finish loading. • Opening a stage that no longer exists now closes cleanly instead of leaving you on an empty screen with no way out. • General stability improvements.

Bulk create is here. • Bulk create — Add many assets or work orders in one go. Fill out a single form, choose how many you need (up to 20), and Toolberry creates them all in one step. Asset names are numbered automatically (Lawn 0001, Lawn 0002…), and photos and tags are shared out one per item.
