Road to Emmaus 4.0 is a complete reimagining of the app. NEW: PRAYER LOCK Choose which apps distract you most. They lock automatically when you begin prayer and unlock only after your walk. Built on Apple's Screen Time framework — secure, private, and on-device. NEW: PRAY-WALK-UNLOCK LOOP Every session is now a full prayer walk: check in, read a contemplative prayer, walk your step goal, and celebrate your progress. NEW: DAILY CHECK-IN Start each session with two quick prompts that personalize your prayer experience for that moment. NEW: ORIGINAL PRAYERS A full year of short, contemplative prayers: one for each day, written for every Christian. NEW: PROGRESS & STREAKS Track your current streak, longest streak, weekly prayer calendar, and lifetime walking stats. Every walk counts. NEW: SHAREABLE COMPLETION CARDS Celebrate your prayer walk and invite friends. Your prayer text always stays private. NEW: PERSONALIZED STEP GOALS Set your walk between 100 and 15,000 steps. The app suggests a starting goal based on your activity level. NEW: MULTIPLE DAILY REMINDERS Schedule up to 5 prayer times throughout your day. Plus: completely redesigned onboarding, a free 7-day trial, and a warm contemplative visual refresh throughout.

Refreshed design: Polished activity cards with colour-coded practice badges, improved layout, and a cleaner settings screen. Smarter activity suggestions: Activities are now filtered by time of day. Better variety: Activity selection is now randomised so each day feels fresh.
