A soft on-screen glow with the people you love gently present in the light. For quiet nights, reflection, and winding down. No flashlight, no subscription.
A calm on-screen presence for quiet moments.
MemoryGlow fills your iPhone screen with a soft, framed glow surrounded by darkness. Add a photo of someone you love, and they softly appear as part of the atmosphere, like a faint memory in the light.
It is designed for the quiet parts of the day: winding down at night, sitting with your thoughts, or keeping someone close while you read.
GENTLE GLOW
• A soft light area with rounded corners, framed by a dark border
• Nine glow tones, from Warm White and Candle to Moonlight and Paper
• Choose a soft, blurred edge or a sharp one
• Adjust brightness with a single slider
CHERISHED MEMORIES
• Add photos of loved ones. The app lifts the person or pet from the photo and blends them gently into the glow
• Adjust Memory Strength to make them more present, or barely there
• Pro: short videos (up to 5 seconds) play as a softly animated memory
PERSONAL SPACE
• Set your default brightness and memory strength
• A minimal interface. Tap the screen to hide the controls
• No account, no sign-up
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
All photos and videos are processed and stored on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
FREE AND PRO
Free includes one background and three glow tones.
A one-time Pro purchase unlocks up to 10 backgrounds, animated video backgrounds, and all nine glow tones. No subscription.
PLEASE NOTE
MemoryGlow does not illuminate your surroundings and does not use the device flashlight. All light is rendered on the screen, for calm moments and quiet reading.

MemoryGlow 2.0
• Pets and more: any subject can now be lifted from a photo or video, not just people
• Old photos: small or grainy scans are upscaled and smoothed; when no subject is found, the whole photo fades gently into the glow
• StandBy: add the new MemoryGlow widget to see the glow and your memory while the iPhone charges on its side
• Landscape: the glow now fills the screen on a nightstand or stand
• Keep Screen Awake: the glow stays on while the app is open (can be turned off in Settings)
• A refreshed description of what MemoryGlow is, now in 6 languages
