Dromos PRO is a platform for businesses in the tourism transportation industry.
Some companies have one driver and one van. Others run hundreds of departures every week with vans, minibuses, coaches and large teams. The day-to-day work is different, but the challenges are often the same.
Plan departures, assign drivers, tour hosts, guides and coordinators, and keep the daily schedule in one place. If you work with partner companies, you can exchange work and available capacity so no departure request is left unanswered.
Every vehicle has its own record with service history, maintenance, inspections and condition reports. You can also follow your fleet live on the map throughout the day.
Drivers, tour hosts and contracted crew use the mobile app to see everything they need for the departure they are operating. Passenger lists, pickup locations, notes, files and waivers are all available from a single screen. Businesses with an operations office can coordinate everything from there. Smaller companies can manage the same work directly from a phone.
Connect your reservation system and bookings appear automatically. Connect your website and other sales channels, or give your partners access to their own portal so they can create and update bookings themselves instead of sending emails and spreadsheets.
Passengers have their own portal with pickup details, meeting points, itineraries and departure information. They can also follow their assigned vehicle on the map. Communication between your office, crew, partners and passengers stays together so everyone has the latest information.
Automatic confirmations, reminders and emails are included, and your business WhatsApp account can also be connected. Reports, exports and operational statistics are available whenever you need them.
