CHALLENGES
Create or join fitness challenges with a simple 6-character code. Choose between daily step goals or calorie targets personalized to your weight. Compete with friends over days or weeks and earn points for hitting your daily targets.
GUIDED WORKOUTS
Every challenge includes a daily workout — the same one for all participants, so you can push each other to finish. Workouts range from beginner to advanced with clear exercise instructions.
HEALTH TRACKING
Syncs with Apple Health to automatically track your steps, active calories, heart rate, exercise minutes, and more. Your progress updates throughout the day so you always know where you stand.
APPLE WATCH
Mirror workouts between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Start a session on either device and it stays in sync.
PRIVACY FIRST
No account creation required — sign in anonymously. No ads, no trackers, no data sold to third parties. Your health data stays private.

Today's Ranking — See who's leading today! A new "Today" tab on the leaderboard ranks participants by daily points alongside the overall standings.
Custom Workouts — Journey creators can now program their own workouts for each day. Add a workout name, description, and instructions from the Manage Workouts section in the journey detail.
Improved Localization — All user-facing text is now fully localized with proper plural support for days, participants, and more.
UX Improvements — Friendlier error messages, clearer labels, and polished microcopy throughout the app.
