• Enhanced PIN validation that locks access after the maximum number of invalid login attempts
• Optional certificate pinning to protect against data communication interception
• Privacy Policy Agreement prompt upon initial use, allowing users to accept or decline terms

• A valid OneContent™ Patient Folder login (contact your system administrator for assistance)
• Compatibility with supported OneContent™ Patient Folder versions for the Deficiency Management feature
• Latest supported OneContent™ versions required for additional features:
o Acknowledgments: OneContent 17.6.2 or 18.0
o Physician Queries: OneContent 17.5.1, 17.5.2, 17.6.2, or 18.0
