I’m actually somewhat new to weight training and needed something to help me understand and track my progress. This app has everything you need for that! Getting to choose your style in the beginning and the xp made working out feel a bit like a game, which helped motivate me to keep lifting. The social features are also great, being able to copy workouts from others and upload your own made it feel like I had community regardless of the gym I go to. Highly recommend!
An app for serious lifters

This app is a great choice for anyone, but especially great for serious lifters. The app gives me the option to enter my program and progressions and has access to workouts and programs by Steve Shaw. I especially like the muscle group heat map as it highlighted a couple blind spots in my training. It’s an intuitive and easy to learn/use platform and it isn’t the same old AI Generated slop we’ve become used to. Highly recommended.

I will admit, being a rather “seasoned” lifter, it took me a little while to figure out how to get everything entered and configured the way I wanted it.At first, I wasn’t too keen on it and I was worried I was gonna give it a bad reviewI’m glad I stuck with it. Because once you start to repeat your workouts…..that’s when it really shines!The amount of information it gives you is unbelievable. Way too much for me to go into here. You will just have to see for yourself.I love this tracker, and I will use it for the rest of my lifting career, and I recommend you do the same.Just be sure to give it a fair shake before you make your decision, and I think you’ll agree. There’s no app better for tracking your workouts than PR.O

I have tried several workout tracking apps and this is by far the best. Looks great, easy to use, and includes many fantastic features that the other overlooks but make the experience of tracking progress much better. Highly recommend.
