Intermittent & OMAD Tracker
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
No subscription, no account, no ads. Your fasting data stays on your device, and you can export it any time.
PerfectFast helps you track intermittent and extended fasts with a calm, focused experience. Set up a fasting plan, follow your active fast, review your history, and see progress statistics without clutter.
The app supports common fasting schedules, custom durations, reminders, fasting stages, history views, statistics, appearance settings, local data export, and Live Activity support on compatible devices.
Log water, weight, blood glucose, and ketones beside your fasts, and read them on the fast's own clock in the Fast Timeline, with resting heart rate, heart rate variability, body composition, and sleep from Apple Health if you connect it.
The Apple Watch companion lets you check your current or scheduled fast from your wrist, start or end a fast when your iPhone is nearby, and keep progress on your watch face with complications.
Your fasting data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Fixes: the summary after a fast now centers its ring on larger iPhones.
1.9.2 2d ago
Siri and Shortcuts. Start or end a fast, log water or your weight, or ask how your fast is going without opening the app. Say “Start a fast in PerfectFast”, “End my fast in PerfectFast”, “Log water in PerfectFast” or “How long have I been fasting in PerfectFast”. The same actions are in the Shortcuts app and can go on the Action button. If they don't show up right after the update, restart your iPhone once.
A fast now ends on one page: the outcome, the ring, the times, the stages you reached, your rating and a note, with Share beside it. The fast's page draws its stages as a ladder on the fast's clock. A new Large Home Screen widget shows your fast, its stages and the week's fasted hours by day. The Lock Screen widgets draw the app's own ring, and between fasts every ring drains the eating window the same way.
Plus smaller fixes and improvements.
1.9.1 3d ago
Back up and restore. Settings › Data now writes one file with every plan, fast and entry, plus your preferences, and a fresh installation restores it exactly. The CSV export sits beside it.
A lighter Fast tab. The times under the ring are plain text on the page, Started at one edge and Ends at the other, and the ring floats between the title and the one button. Start Fast is the due fast's only action, and when you are late it asks whether to count from the scheduled start.
Journal: every fast on the day's timeline says how it went, and a touch and hold on its start or end edits or deletes it.
Completion screen: the ring grows into the room a larger phone leaves.
Also: the timer ring is full width again on 6.1-inch phones, and smaller fixes throughout.
1.8.2 Oct 13
New widgets. The Home and Lock Screen widgets now show the ring you know from the app, in your theme colour.
Your eating window, named. Between fasts the timer shows how long until the next one, and every ring, on the Home Screen, Lock Screen and Apple Watch, runs down with it.
A nudge when you need one. Miss a scheduled start, or forget to end a fast, and PerfectFast asks once. A forgotten fast can end right at its target.
Reminders that survive a missed fast. Skip a scheduled start and the following ones still arrive.
Weekly Review. On the first morning of your week, a notification sums up the week that just ended and opens it on Progress. Turn it off under Settings › Notifications.
Progress on one clock. Sleep, workouts, and heart from Apple Health now sit beside your weight, and every card follows the same week, month, six-month, year, or all-time picker as your fasting stats.
A clearer Journal day. Every entry on the day's timeline leads with what it is, last night's sleep and the day's workouts from Apple Health join it, and each fast reads in one line with its progress bar. Touch and hold a fast to edit or delete it.
Fast once, any length. A one-off fast now runs from 12 hours to 30 days.
Also: your plan now sits in the Fast tab's title, the timer ring is cleaner, the Live Activity is redesigned, and turning on an Apple Health write no longer switches off its read. Plus many smaller fixes.
1.8.0 Oct 6
Readings on the fast clock. The Fast Timeline now charts what a fast did to your body: weight, blood glucose, and blood and urine ketones, each on the fast's own clock from start to now, with the estimated stages as the ruler. Hold a chart to read any value with its time into the fast, or lay a previous fast of similar length beneath it to compare hour for hour.
Heart & Body from Apple Health. Turn on resting heart rate and heart rate variability in Settings to see them as daily context under the charts, with a seven-day reference for resting heart rate. Body fat percentage, lean body mass, and body mass index appear as records beside your weight, and sleep is drawn night by night across a multi-day fast.
A Journal day that reads as one story. Everything you log now sits on one rail in the order it happened, with the fast's start and end as anchors and the day's totals on top. Chips narrow the rail to one kind, a dense hour of glucose readings folds into a single row, and one Log menu adds anything to the day. The day's fasts sit above the rail as cards with their duration, target, and span.
Fasted days at a glance. The calendar and the week strip tint every day you fasted, and each month in the Journal overview closes with its tally: time fasted, fasts, and days fasted. Progress now opens on the current week.
Also: the timer ring animates far more efficiently, so the Fast tab feels lighter.
1.6.0 Sep 21
Your fast at a glance, on every screen. Widgets, the Live Activity, and the Apple Watch app now share one clear layout: your timer, your target, and a timeline bar from start to end.
The medium widget reads like a timeline. Your plan and current fasting stage head the card, the timer in your chosen mode takes center stage, and the progress bar runs between your start and end times. On the Lock Screen, the circular widget shows your target inside the ring, and the rectangular widget gives its full width to the timer.
The Live Activity follows the same layout, with your start and end times at the ends of the bar and a clear "Completed" state once you pass your target. On watchOS 11 and later, the Smart Stack gets a real card for your fast: what the timer counts, the fast and its target, and the bar, instead of a cryptic stack of icons.
The watch app itself is tighter: no title row, and the readings sit above a timeline, so your start and end times fit on every watch size. The rectangular complication was redesigned to match, and complications now preview correctly in the Watch app on your iPhone.
Also fixed: widgets, complications, and the Live Activity could go blank two or three days into an extended fast. They now stay live all the way through.
1.5.2 Sep 6
Progress, redesigned. See your fasting stats for any period — this week, this month, six months, a year, or all time — with one clean set of cards.
At week and month view, every fast draws its own bar against its target, so a strong week is visible at a glance — tap any bar to revisit that fast. Real calendar weeks and months let you page back through your history and compare like with like, with "vs previous" deltas on your totals.
The Completion card now shows how often you reach your goal, your average rating, and how many days you fasted. Curious which fast length works best for you? The By Length breakdown leads with your best-rated target and expands for the full picture.
Your weight trend follows the same period you're viewing, so fasting and weight line up over the exact same window. Blood glucose and ketones moved to the Journal, right on the day you logged them, with full history and charts one tap away.
Hydration logging is faster too: save your favorite drinks as presets and log water and electrolytes in one tap.
Plus a friendlier notification setup, clearer Lock Screen widgets, and a smoother timer ring.
1.5.1 Aug 22
PerfectFast 1.5 is our biggest update yet.
The new Journal puts your whole day on one page: log fasts (including past ones), water and electrolytes, weight, blood glucose, ketones, and free-form notes, then swipe between days or hop across the week strip.
Apple Health connects more deeply too. Weight syncs both ways, your logged entries can be written to Health, and each fast now shows the sleep and workouts around it for context.
The fasting timer has a fresh look: a glowing comet ring that shifts color as you move through fasting stages. Live Activities were redesigned as well. Show elapsed or remaining time, choose a Dynamic Island style, and enjoy a clearer Lock Screen timer, with a matching look on Apple Watch.
Plus a refreshed plan chooser, simpler Settings, and a Progress tab that leads with your streak.
1.5.0 Aug 7
Custom intermittent fasting is here: choose any daily fasting window from 12 to 23 hours, then follow the schedule that fits your rhythm.
You can now adjust the target end time of an active fast without changing the plan itself, which is helpful when a day starts late or needs a little flexibility.
Sharing feels better too. Completed fasts can be shared from their detail screen, share cards now offer light and dark looks, and goal status is written more clearly.
This update also makes getting started simpler, lets you tap the timer to switch between elapsed and remaining time, and gives Live Activities a larger, clearer timer with the full plan name.
