Teldef: Rug Cleaning Software
Upholstery, Pickup & Delivery
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Teldef is management software for rug and upholstery cleaning businesses — the
kind where the item is collected from the customer, cleaned at your facility
over several days, and delivered back.
Orders and washing stages
Build the exact steps your plant uses: intake, measuring, washing, drying,
quality check, ready for delivery. Every rug carries its own stage, so nothing
is misplaced and nobody has to walk the floor asking where an item is.
Pickup and delivery
Assign collections and deliveries to couriers, follow routes on the map, and
let customers see when their pickup is coming. Collection and return is where
this business loses the most time, and it is what Teldef was built around.
Customers and pricing
Keep customer records, addresses and full order history together. Price by
square metre, by item or by service. Run campaigns, issue coupons and offer
membership plans.
Reports
Revenue, order volume and courier performance, without exporting anything to a
spreadsheet.
The same workflow fits neighbouring trades — dry cleaning, laundry and ironing,
curtain cleaning, tailoring and alterations, shoe and bag repair — because you
define the stages yourself.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Reliability fixes.
- Saving changes no longer shows a connection error when the change was
actually saved. Editing products, prices and orders is reliable again.
- You stay signed in. Sessions were being dropped and asking you to log in
again far too often.
- Clearer messages when the network really is unavailable, so you can tell a
genuine connection problem from anything else.
