What’s new in 2.5.6 • Schedules: plan work that repeats. Each visit creates its job, on set dates or after the last visit is done, and you can see every date before saving. Schedules replace recurring jobs. • Inspection schedules: choose which checklist each asset needs and how often. Every asset keeps its own due date, and its schedules are a tap away on the asset page. • A To Do tab on Inspections lists the inspections due to you, your teams and the shared list, with search and filters. It works offline too. • Jobs have a due date separate from the booked time, and can be given to a team. • A job’s Time page shows everyone’s time, and managers can add time for anyone, workers included. • An organization can turn job timers off for technicians.
