Many health apps don't even allow you to add your own records from outside the health system but it's so easy in this app. also love that it syncs to my hospital and Apple health. so far i use this mainly to track medication or other symptoms affecting my anxiety but it's also become a daily habit tracker! The insights i get from asking questions very helpful and i like that everything stays on my phone and not someone elses cloud storage. Thank you so much for creating this app. Seriously!!

The app functions beautifully, takes time to setup but once you learn the ins and outs you can see how well designed the functions are.Also the creator of the app responds quickly and fixes the issues which is priceless. Sounds silly but my main complaint is I dont like the light mode I prefer darkmode. Thats my only complaint. Feel like this app would do much better with dark mode..Beauty goes a long way.

Ive had som medical challenges in the past few years, bouncing between many docs and diagnoses. It was overwhelming to try and keep track of labs and dischgarge reports. Keepmd app is great because it covers so many areas that make up my medical, mental, and physical health. I just started using it, and it's already synced with my hospital which is a relief.

This update improves health records, medications and everyday health management, with a redesigned medical document scanning experience and broader hospital coverage.
- Document scanning: a redesigned scan and OCR processing screen with clearer progress and centered confidence, so you can see exactly what KeepMD read.
- On Mac, the scan screen now uses Files by default and no longer shows camera controls your Mac cannot use.
- Scan recovery: if a scan is interrupted, your in-progress draft is restored when you come back, and late results can no longer reopen a finished scan. A new Back to Scan action and clearer on-screen guidance keep you oriented for medical report analyze stage
- Hospitals: added more hospital and health-system connections to the directory, with refreshed coverage data for the phased Epic/MyChart rollout.
- Lab result analyzer: reliability fixes for lab review and reference ranges.
- Connected health devices: removed the accuracy panel's shield emblem and tuned the surrounding layout.
