Your brilliant briefer. Ask about any topic and get a researched, fully cited audio briefing, ready when you are.
VocaCast is your brilliant briefer.
Ask about anything, a company you're meeting with, a concept you've always wondered about, tonight's dinner-table debate, and VocaCast researches it across real sources and reads you a clear, cited audio briefing.
No episodes to hunt through. No waiting for someone to make a podcast about it. Just the exact topic you asked for, explained out loud.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Researched & cited. Every briefing draws on real sources — and shows you exactly which ones.
Any topic. From quantum computing to the history of coffee to prepping for a call with a new client.
Two modes. News for what's happening and why it matters; Educational for how things actually work.
Pick a narrator and a duration that fits your commute.
Listens like a podcast. Plays in the background, from your lock screen, hands-free.
Discover. Browse briefings other listeners chose to share, always free to play.
Your first briefings are on us. Ask about something you've always wanted to understand, then just listen.
Been using VocaCast to quickly learn new content for work and prep for meetings. The citations in the text are critical to verifying accuracy. The audio briefing is excellent for fast learning while mobile. I’ve been using stacked briefings to create my own morning news updates on key topics while I commute, mixing the community feed with my own generated content.

This app has made it so much easier to get perfectly detailed audio briefings on what’s happening in the world today. I love how well cited everything is. When I search or ask ChatGPT something, I have to spend a ton of time verifying everything. VocaCast does that for me!
Very intuitive and convent
@MistaTweetastic
My son and I tried it out, and we both really like it. We asked a question about kids and phone that we were just talking about. Listening to it engaged my kid and all the points came out well-articulated and sound.
Super helpful!

VocaCast is like having a brilliant executive assistant who has known me forever.
Your library, organized: Briefings you've made are now grouped into subjects, each named after the briefing that started it. Search and filters work exactly as before.
The Create tab speaks in your subjects: Suggestions now draw on topics you've asked about, and community briefings on subjects you follow rank a little higher.
Meet Ida and Murrow: The two voices have names now, and each introduces itself in the voice picker. The sample briefings have been re-recorded on the current voice.
A quieter finish: A single soft tap when a briefing ends.
Fixes:
- Tapping the free-briefings banner takes you where the wording says it will
- When the app can't reach the server on first launch, it tells you — instead of showing what looks like an empty library
- Subscription details load correctly on a cold start
- Section headers stay readable while scrolling, and deleting a briefing no longer reshuffles unrelated sections
