Push Notifications Get instant alerts the moment a service request or asset is assigned to you, plus geofence and BLE heartbeat alerts for the dubs you own. Admins receive everything, field users only see what is tied to their assignments. New Notifications Tab A dedicated inbox at the bottom of the app lists every alert. An unread badge keeps you from missing anything, and tapping a notification jumps straight to the asset. Redesigned Dashboard The home screen now focuses on your work. You will see open service requests assigned to you, assets assigned to you, and a Live Now rail of your active BLE dubs. Org wide stats stay at the top for quick context. All Assets Browser The Search screen now has two tabs. Stay on Search to find something specific, or switch to All Assets to scroll the full org list. Better Privacy Private assets owned by other organizations are no longer viewable on scan. Service requests can only be opened on private assets you own. Request Service - Tap "Request Service" on any asset to submit repair, inspection, maintenance, calibration, warranty claims, and more. Your org admins are notified instantly. Workflow Improvements - Assets with workflows now show a confirmation prompt instead of auto-completing. Review workflow details and confirm at your own pace. Security Update - Sensitive asset data (financial info, assignment history, location history) is no longer exposed to unauthenticated viewers. Bug Fixes - Fixed workflow step counting and premature archival when multiple assets share a workflow.

- Fixed an issue where location was not updated when viewing an asset on the mobile app. Viewing a DUB now captures and reports the asset's GPS location, consistent with browser-based scans. - The BLE Gateway tab now separates detected Active DUBs™ into "Active" and "History" views. Active DUBs™ with a heartbeat within the last 5 minutes appear in the Active tab; all others are moved to History for a cleaner, real-time overview. - Active DUBs™ detected via BLE gateways can now be claimed directly from the gateway screen, no QR code scan required.
