Helpful solution

Efficient

Customer service was great to help me to setup the gps, then I bought the service and everything works exactly how I need. Sometimes is a bit slow but no big deal. Battery has a 4/5 days life but I used intensively. Be waterproof is solid maybe a lil big to hide, has two passages on the back o use a Velcro. Magnets could be stronger, you need to find a clean spot. In general is a good solution, with more effective magnets could be near to perfection. Worth the money.

Garbage

Safari failed to auto-save my password while setting up my account. With a functional system, this wouldn’t be a big deal. However, SpyTec’s site never actually sends you the password reset email, despite being able to send you a receipt for service payment (service that you can’t access) and emails from the completely useless chatbot. If this company doesn’t have a back-end that can even handle password resets, why should anyone trust it to be handle tracking?

EDIT: I have been waiting almost 5 days now for SpyTec to have someone give me a temp password so I can reset the acct. They can email me marketing messages, the chatbot can email me, they can respond to bad reviews here, but for some reason they can’t email me a password reset.
