The Restaurant Consultant
Food cost & ops consultant
Free · In‑App Purchases
Run a tighter restaurant, starting tonight.
Lower food cost. Stronger margins. Cleaner shifts. Built by Ben Mouton: 36 years in restaurants, from dishwasher to owner, 14 of them running his own.
The Restaurant Consultant covers the 12 domains that eat independent operators' time and money: the work a consultant used to charge thousands of dollars a day for. Scheduling, food cost, prime cost, HR documentation, SOP generation, menu engineering, review response, crisis playbooks, and more, in one place, in your pocket, during dinner service.
Built for independent operators, not enterprise chains. Fast enough to help tonight, not six months from now.
What you get:
• Scheduling and labor awareness that catches drift before it hits the P&L
• Food cost and prime cost tracking, surfaced as decisions, not dashboards
• Menu engineering tied to actual item margin: reprice, reposition, or pull
• Guest review drafting and reputation monitoring
• SOPs, training logs, and HR docs your managers can follow without you
• A live consulting layer for the judgment calls software can't make alone
Works on iPhone, iPad, and the web. Sign in with Apple or Google and be running your first report within ten minutes.
Free to start; upgrade when you're ready for the full operator stack.
