Stage counts, conversion rates, and nine insight types that surface automatically — hot leads going cold, schools not responding, strong engagement signals. Academic Fit Score — Every school now shows whether it's a Strong Fit, Moderate Fit, or Reach based on your GPA and intended major. Enter confirmed admissions data from a school's Common Data Set for an even more accurate score. Coach's Eye View — A 19-item checklist inside Social Media Optimizer showing exactly what college coaches look for on a recruit's profile. Yes / Not Yet toggles with coach-perspective explanations. Re-review reminder fires every 30 days. Weekly Parent Report — Configure a recurring reminder to review your recruiting progress and send a formatted update to your parents. Choose which contacts receive each report before it sends. Nothing goes out without your review. Decision Board — Program Interest and Academic Fit now auto-populate from your existing data. Weights auto-normalize to 100%. Guidance tips on every dimension. Scores persist between sessions. School Search — Search Bar Fix Search bar no longer disappears after navigating into a school detail page and coming back Program Interest — Complete Scoring Overhaul The Program Interest score on every school detail page now reflects the full picture of coach engagement across all interaction types. New signals that now count toward the score: Coach DMed Me — 8 pts (strong inbound signal) Coach Replied to My DM — 6 pts Two-Way Phone Conversation — 10 pts (mutual engagement) Two-Way Text Exchange — 8 pts Two-Way - Met Coaches in Person — 12 pts Positive outcomes on outbound touchpoints — 8 pts each (Positive - Interested, Positive - Wants More Info) Neutral - Acknowledged outcome — 3 pts Why this matters: Previously only social signals and explicit inbound types moved the score. A coach who responds positively to your call or text, or who reaches out via DM, now registers as genuine interest. Every logged interaction with a positive outcome contributes. Log Interaction — Unified Entry Point The "Log Coach Interaction" button on every school detail page now opens a full interaction form with all channel types available — Email, Phone, Text, Visit, Camp, Social Media, and Other. Previously it only opened the social media log form. Unofficial Visit → Program Interest Campus visits now feed into the Program Interest score with nuance: Official Visit — always counts (12 pts) Junior Day — always counts (12 pts) Unofficial Visit — counts only when "Coach Invited This Visit" toggle is on (12 pts) Camp Visit — never counts toward Program Interest When logging an Unofficial Visit a new toggle appears — "Coach Invited This Visit" — defaulting to off. A real-time indicator shows whether the visit will contribute to the Program Interest score before saving. Campus Visit Tracker You can now log, rate, and compare your campus visits directly in the app. Logging a visit Find it two ways — tap Log a Visit on any school's detail page under the Program Interest panel, or go to More → Campus Visits → Log a Visit. When logging you'll capture: Visit type: Official, Unofficial, Junior Day, or Camp Visit Who attended from your family Other current athletes you met and spoke with What coaches said about your fit, playing time, and depth chart position General notes Rating a visit After saving a visit the rating sheet opens automatically. Rate each school across 8 dimensions on a 1–5 star scale — Facilities, Coaching Staff, Campus Feel, Academics, Team Culture, Location, Housing/Dorms, and NIL Program — plus an overall Gut Feel heart rating. You'll see a completion percentage as you fill in ratings. You can skip and come back later by tapping the star icon on any visit row. Comparing schools Once you've visited 2 or more schools a Compare Schools button appears. The comparison shows all visited schools side by side — best score per dimension highlighted green, depth chart fit and gut feel shown for each school. Select up to 4 schools to compare at once.
