TRAINING SCORE (0-100): Your score tracks four things: consistency, intensity balance, load management, and recovery. It updates after every ride. It works with power meters, heart rate, or just how the ride felt. No gadgets required.
6 RIDER CHARACTERS: Are you a Rocket who goes too hard? A Ghost who keeps missing sessions? A Metronome with perfect discipline? Your character evolves as your training habits change.
WEEKLY LEAGUES: 25 riders per division. Ranked by Training Score, not watts. A casual 3x/week rider competes head-to-head with a pro. Top 5 promote. Bottom 5 demote. Show up or drop.
PHOTO VERIFICATION: Ride a gym bike with no sensors? Photograph the screen. Nivvy reads your duration, power, heart rate, and cadence automatically. Verified rides earn more league points.
STRUCTURED PLANS: Choose a training plan or build one with the AI coach. Every session has targets - power zones, heart rate zones, or RPE. Guided intervals with live feedback.
CHALLENGES & STREAKS: Weekly challenges matched to your character. XP for every workout. 200 levels. Streak multipliers. Comeback bonuses when life gets in the way.
AI COACH (PRO): Chat with a coach who knows your history, fatigue, and goals. Get post-workout analysis, weekly reports, and personalized advice.
