The Phoenix Club of Nashville member portal is the official application for members of the Phoenix Club, a professional networking organization based in Nashville, TN.

PCON App — Updates (v1.0.16 → v1.0.21)
- Bulk export — members can export contacts to vCard (.vcf) or Excel with 28 selectable fields and 4 presets. Alumni/legacy contact info auto-redacted.
- Calendar Sync — one-tap subscribe so all PCON events auto-appear in Google / Outlook / Apple Calendar. New events flow in automatically.
- Per-event Add to Calendar + Google Calendar buttons on every event.
- Register Meeting fixed — now opens the correct pre-filled HubSpot form (prospective-confirmation for prospects, member-feedback for actives). Was inserting dead records before.
- RSVP register + unregister flow, with Eventbrite ticket integration.
- Settings — Notifications and Privacy toggles now actually persist and produce real effects (fields hide on profiles, opted-out members no longer receive bulk emails).
- Profile editing fixed — self-edit now actually saves changes (was silently dropping due to a permissions bug).
- Admin members tool — filterable list of all members; admins can find and edit anyone.
- Full Admin Edit Control — admin can now edit every field of any member: Primary Email, Additional Emails, Member Type, Membership Status, Role, Board Member toggle, Class Year, Board Year, Board Role, Years on Board, Committees, Events Required/Attended, Meetings Completed, Birthday, Education (undergrad + grad), Instagram.
- Bug fixes — industry data no longer silently nulled on save, birthday now saves in correct date format, primary email validates before save.
