Furthermore, any non-servicing actions within the app redirect the user entirely outside of the app to an external browser (Safari), where the user is required to re-authenticate. The app itself plays no role in processing or completing any such action.
The app is designed exclusively for customers to manage their accounts, including viewing balances, tracking payment schedules, and making payments. No loan application, pre-approved offer, or credit decision is processed within the app at any point.
