I’ve tried a lot of other health apps that are all basically the same and don’t really do that much. But Rova really surprised me. It’s very simple to use and it’s action oriented, so it gives you a step by step checklist of what to do each day, which you can adjust according to your personal preferences.The daily tasks include things like completing Duolingo type lessons to learn about diabetes reversal, logging your meals by taking a picture and getting an AI analysis, and checking in with your pod.That’s probably the biggest thing I’ve enjoyed that really makes this different - everyone gets organized into a group or “pod” of a few other people. Each time you log a meal you get the option to share it with your pod. The point is that if you know other people who are also trying to improve their diabetes are going to see a picture of everything you eat - you’re going to eat better.There are also health coaches and AI chats and other features, but really the biggest thing for me is that daily checklist because it just takes all of the guesswork out and actually makes me feel like I’m making progress each day.Definitely worth checking out if you want help with type 2 diabetes management!

I found this app to be intuitive and super helpful. Lots of great information about managing diabetes and slick AI support with meal planning/tracking. Plus the community element is a huge plus for accountability and motivation!

The Rova Health app has so many different features and tools to actually help you! It was smartly designed! Easy to install and use!

I’m actually impressed. It’s very geared towards reversing diabetes, with tools specific for that. If you use this, you have a great shot at reversal.
