JOSRAC Attendance
Daily Attendance Made Easy
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
JOSRAC Attendance Solution is a smart digital attendance management system designed to help organizations, schools, and institutions efficiently monitor and manage staff attendance in real time. The solution eliminates manual attendance registers and replaces them with a secure, automated, and location-aware clock-in system accessible through a mobile application and web dashboard.
The platform is designed to improve workforce accountability, simplify attendance tracking, and provide management with accurate data for productivity monitoring and payroll processing.
Key Features
1. Smart Staff Clock-In System
Staff members can clock in and clock out directly from the mobile app. The system records the exact time and verifies their location before granting access.
2. GPS Location Verification
The app uses GPS coordinates to confirm that staff are within the approved office radius before they can clock in. This prevents remote or fraudulent attendance marking.
3. QR Code Attendance Option
Organizations can generate a unique QR code that staff scan daily to register their attendance, ensuring quick and secure verification.
4. Real-Time Attendance Dashboard
Administrators can monitor attendance activity in real time through a centralized dashboard showing:
Staff present
Staff absent
Late arrivals
Early departures
5. Attendance Reports & Analytics
The system automatically generates daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports. These reports can be exported and used for performance evaluation and payroll calculations.
6. Staff Management Integration
Administrators can manage staff profiles, departments, roles, and attendance permissions within the same platform.
7. Internet-Based Verification
To ensure accurate location validation and prevent manipulation, staff members must have an active internet connection before clocking in.
