Increased Security Admin Mode now requires biometric or passcode authentication on every entry and automatically locks after 5 minutes in the background. A privacy screen prevents patient data from appearing in the app switcher. Clinic admins see a HIPAA Workforce Acknowledgment on first entry confirming their data access obligations. All admin activity, including lab record views, is audit-logged on the server.
