SaunaPro automatically detects and analyzes your sauna and cold plunge sessions using heart rate data from your Apple Watch or compatible smartwatch. BENEFIT ZONES See exactly how your body responds to heat and cold. SaunaPro maps your heart rate to therapeutic zones during every session: - Sauna: Warm-Up, Light Heat, Cardio, Deep Heat, and Extreme zones - Cold Plunge: Cold Shock, Activation, Adapting, Vagal Tone, and Deep Calm zones Each zone shows time spent, BPM range, and what your body is gaining. AUTOMATIC SESSION DETECTION Start an "Other" workout on Apple Watch (or Yoga/Mind & Body on Garmin) before your session. SaunaPro automatically finds it, merges multi-round sessions, and shows your complete session with peak HR, baseline comparison, and recovery time. YOUR FULL DAY IN ONE VIEW See your entire day's heart rate as a continuous story. Gym sessions, sauna visits, cold plunges, walks — all identified and colour-coded on one interactive chart. Tap any point to see your exact heart rate at that moment. MULTI-WATCH SUPPORT Works with Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, and any watch that syncs to Apple Health. Configure which workout types trigger session detection in Settings. SESSION INSIGHTS - Peak heart rate and elevation above baseline - Heart rate recovery time after each session - HRV impact (before vs after) - Water and wrist temperature tracking - Notes for each session (supplements, seat position, water temp) - Confirm or dismiss auto-detected sessions BUILT FOR CONTRAST THERAPY Track the full sauna-plunge-rest cycle. SaunaPro handles multi-round sessions with configurable merge windows, so your 60-minute sauna visit with breaks shows as one complete session. PRIVACY FIRST All data stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no analytics, no ads. Your health data is never shared with anyone. IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE Apple Watch is designed for temperatures between 0-35C (55C for Ultra models). Traditional saunas exceed these limits. SaunaPro supports manual session entry and before/after metrics for sauna tracking. Cold plunge temperatures are within the watch's operating range.
