Leave it unset and the facility assigns it — the field now reads "Optional — facility can assign later," and you can clear a time you've already picked. • Cases without a time appear in a new "Pending Assignment (Time Not Set)" section at the top of the calendar, so nothing gets lost between request and scheduling. • Facility schedulers can set the time and OR together with a single "Assign Time & OR" action from that section. • Pending Assignment appears on the provider, facility, and vendor calendars. Your weekly schedule, one tap away • Tapping the schedule link in your Week at a Glance email now opens SurgiCalendar directly instead of the browser. • If you're signed out when you tap, the app remembers where you were headed and takes you straight there after you sign in.
