FocusFlow is now optimized for iPhone Duo. - Unfold for a true two-pane workspace: the timer runs on one side while tags, durations, and session controls stay on the other. - Stats expand into a two-column view, so trends, consistency, and your yearly heatmap are all visible at once. - Habits switch to a master–detail layout: pick a habit on the left, see its streak and schedule on the right. - On the cover screen, a vertical tab bar keeps Timer, Habits, and Stats within one-thumb reach. Start a round folded or unfolded — your session follows you across displays.

Live Activities & Dynamic Island — Your focus session now lives on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can see the countdown without ever unlocking your phone. - Real-time countdown timer on the Lock Screen, with a circular progress ring that fills as the round ticks down. - Distinct color themes for Focus (green) and Break (teal) — plus a dedicated Long Break state — so you always know which mode you're in at a glance. - Round indicator ("Round 2/4") keeps your pomodoro sequence visible without leaving the Live Activity. - Dynamic Island in all three states: - Expanded: large countdown, current mode, round counter, and a live progress bar. - Compact: timer icon on the left, live countdown on the right. - Minimal: a single tinted icon that switches between focus timer and coffee cup for breaks. New Home Screen Widget — "Today Focus" puts your daily sessions, goal progress, and a one-tap Start button right on your Home Screen. Available in Small and Medium sizes, with adaptive goal display (sessions or minutes). Lock Screen Widgets — Glanceable today progress in three forms: circular accessory ( session count), inline (sessions today), and rectangular (goal progress). Faster start — Tapping the widget's Start button deep-links straight into the Timer tab, so kicking off a session takes one tap from anywhere
