KBL Care is the official field service application of Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL), designed for use by its authorized service partners and technicians across a distributed service network.

KBL operates through a wide network of independent Authorized Service Centers and external partners who use their own devices. To ensure seamless access, updates, and usability across this distributed ecosystem, the application is made available on the public App Store.
Please note that access to the app is restricted. Only authorized users with valid credentials provided by Kirloskar Brothers Limited can log in and use the application. The app does not offer public user registration or consumer-facing functionality.
